the radeon 9800 is just getting weak now which is pretty good because of how long it lasted but at the current state of nvidia and ati i would have to choose nvidia. I find they have better 3rd party support as well as nvidia are easier to use in linux machines

remember if u get banned from somewhere just change your IP by spoofing your MAC address or do what I do. In command prompt type in [ipconfig /release] without the [] and renew your internet connection by goin into control panel - network and internet settings - network connections - right click on your connection - disable - then enable (or u could try repair). there are many Ip blocklists that are out but i prefer to use the ones from Peerguardians and not some weird ones . besides there are lists of many things , like Uni's IP . military's IP ect.. many of them are different and have different purpose than just being blocked or else

This is a great mod, but the fake upload speed seems to be wildly innacurate at times if I use anything other than ratio mode.

I have a maximum (real) upload speed of 10k, as I'm on ADSL, so I was hoping to use this mod to allow me to download files without being immediately banned, and to give me some time to seed them after downloading.

If I set an upload speed multipler of between 2x and 10x, I see fake upload speeds as high as 400k/s. If I set a FIXED upload speed of between 10k and 50k, it sometimes peaks at over 500k.

Changing upload modes causes even more problems with speeds as high as 2mb/s being reported immediately after swapping modes.

I was gonna actually test kaspersky and then test nod32. But i decided to just stick with nod32. If i encounter any probelms with kaspersky, i'd go for nod32. Touch wood i wont have to though.

it can also be Ip's that are from your Ip filter blocklist you loaded into emule . personally i dont worry much about those numbers and i usuallly get very good speeds quickly even if the numbers of ban is high

If you have the options "ban who bans me" and "ban leechers mods" on then its a mix of the 2.
The number of bans depend of the options u put on or off.

Keep on adding them (the options) one by one and you'll be able to find out why you have been banned. This will help the developers to find out more ways to bypass the banning system :)

there are no 00de leecher client or else for Kazaa , at least you cant really make a leecher for kazaa since there are no real tweaks you can add because its not open source . also Kazaa is using a dying if not already dead network.

Torrent clients usually dont use a File Method to write down their stats and then send them after . data is usually stored into the process or the program itself when its running

Allright, anyway if it saves to the process there must be some fuction/class that will colect it and send it to tracker

if you do download a file off of kazaa, i find it helpful to look for a file with many many sources. Since there shouldn't be many people with fake file, its probably legit.

When one of my downloads finishes or when I remove a file that is still downloading from azureus, my internet sometimes disconnects. I've checked the azureus faq, and its only reccomendation for disconnects is: limit maximum number of connections. I don't think this is an answer since my connection never disconnects when nothing happens; when a file is just downloading.

This happens only when I'm on my router.
It has the newest firmware & my network card has the drivers that windows update gave me.

Any suggestions?

for regular desktop stuff (like make tutorials) use Camtasia.

DVD media r optimized 4 certain speed burning. burning slower doesnt make it better, often worser instead.
If using 8x media do not go lower than 4x else ur burn will stink. Theres a reason no media is marked 1x or 2x anymore, it is b/c newer dyes react best @ faster speed else they can be overheated & ruin ur burn.
Get newer DVD burners if u cant burn good on TY DVD's.

i use megagames or gamecopyworld 2 get around ur probs. works great.

The sad news is that although rookitrevealer is able to detect the rootkits installed on your computer, its has no function to allow you to clean those from your system. All it does is to show you that you are infected. Another word of advise, if you really do need to remove those nasty stuff from your PC, do a google for the recommended solutions/software/patches. Some of them like the recently discovered SONY BMG ones can cause your computer to malfunction if you remove it by simply deleting the files.

I'd recommend using FFDSHOW as it's a much cleaner install than K-Lite Codec pack.

If FFDSHOW does not work for you then try the K-Lite Codec Pack (standard) and install using the playback option.

As it was mentioned above, use GSPOT to find the particular codec you need for your file. If things don't work out still, it may be that your file is corrupt.

yeh man i would say the same, stay away from kazaa at all costs. BT probably the best thing out their with music atm. Use torrent serach engines for music you should still get alrite speeds. If all else fails use limewire with peergaurdian just to safe

Ausserdem braucht man noch eine funktion wie z.b. Torrent beenden, denn das bearbeitete Torrent belibet auf dem tracker und man muss warten bis der tracker das torrent killt.

For short term use who can tell any difference as they all work the same. I use a Plextor burner and it does not care about what kind of blank the disk is as it is simple task to write to a blank disk.

But if you want to keep the disk a long time then who knows? Most blank disks are made on the same machines so it must be similar but maybe unknown brands use some cheaper materials?

I do not know but use TDK as I have used the cassette tapes for 30 years of so and they still play so good company. I pay avout $11 for 25 disks so price is normal

For DVW RW however I find that after many uses I have more problems with TDK and am tryng Phillips right now
