The CodeJacked weblog has a nice primer on keyboard macros - keystroke sequences you can record and playback in various software applications to automate tasks.

The examples in the post are specific to word processor and text editor apps, but the Big Mama of global Windows keyboard macros is the much-adored AutoHotKey, which supports all sorts of programming logic in the sequences you record as well.
Whether you go the MS Word or AutoHotKey route, automating jobs with a preprogrammed keystrokes is the joint.

i know there are softwares based on autoit. Nice programs but you should know a little bit scripting.

I have seen a program out there called Macro Express. You can make shortkeys for frequently typed text. You can also get it do do repetitive tasks as well.
