Someone teach me how to set azureus and shu mod .
I haved serched many threads but download speed is still very bad .

Your settings look right but if your selected port isn' firewalled you can't change much to increase your download speed with your settings. I think you leech on a public tracker and there you have bad speed the most of time. Look for private sites which has open their signup or ask someone for an invite for a good tracker. Belive me than you have download rates at the limit of your internet connection nearly the hole time...

these are all open trackers ( maybe except demonoid), don't expect to have maxed up dl speeds on them, try to download some good seeded torrent from torrentbytes or torrenleech, and tell us then what r your dl speeds.

Because in my school limit 3GB/one day flow rate so I can not upload too much.

I have found some private site and shu mod work perfect.
But when I download on public site , someone can give me suggestion about BT mod .

If there is a tracker who drops azureus-user, can i emulate utorrent, for example by using "fake report to peers system" and set it on utorrent to tracker, to peers?

do i have to set "no download report to peers" to enable emulating-option?

this doesnt work at the moment because the spoof works only to the tracker. you have to wait until it is fixed

it depends on the other users connections, most people on open trackers limit their upload tremendously beyond what they are capable of sending simply because there is no ratio limits to enforce. thus everyone trying to download the torrent will only be uploading at maybe 1k between 50 people or how many ever are on the torrent. it will be slow speeds. and most of the time the download speed is based on how much data you send to the other peers. so if you have no upload on and aren't sending anything you won't be getting much data from anyone. i don't download anything from public trackers anymore unless its just some random music album i want
